Who is Aula for?
Anyone who gathers insight from people and needs to turn it into something the organisation can act on: facilitators, consultants, UX researchers, planners and researchers. Our clients include consultancies, municipalities, product companies, researchers and NGOs.
How does the analysis work?
The analysis groups answers into themes, finds patterns and formulates claims. Every claim points back to the answers it rests on, so you can verify it. You edit and approve everything before anything is shared.
What types of data can we collect?
Free text, scales, multiple choice, map points and images from surveys. Live input and voting from workshops. Recordings with transcription from interviews. Everything lands in the same project and can be analysed across sources.
How do you handle GDPR and privacy?
Privacy is built in from the start, not added afterwards. Data processing agreement per GDPR Article 28, consent at submission, audit log and automatic deletion routines. All data stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
Can we export data to our own systems?
Yes. Export to PDF, Excel, GeoJSON and SOSI as standard. We can also connect to specialist systems or other data platforms as needed.
Do you help with setup and methodology?
Yes. Methodology support, question design, setup and follow-up along the way. We can also be present at workshops and gatherings when needed.
