FAQ
What types of projects is Aula suited for?
Urban planning, public participation, organisational development, place analysis and research. Whenever many voices need to become one basis for decisions. Our clients include municipalities, consultancies, researchers and NGOs.
How does the AI analysis work?
The AI groups input by theme, finds patterns and drafts a report in the format you need — planning language, technical prose, or open form. You keep full control: every conclusion traces back to individual inputs, and nothing is published without your approval.
What types of data can we collect?
Free text, map points and areas, images, video and surveys. Everything is collected in the same database and can be combined in the analysis.
How do you handle GDPR and privacy?
Privacy is built in from the start, not added afterwards. Data processing agreement per GDPR Article 28, consent at submission, audit log and automatic deletion routines. All data stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
Can we export data to our own systems?
Yes. Export to Word, PDF, Excel and GeoJSON as standard. We can also connect to your organisation's specialist systems or other data platforms as needed.
Do you help with setup and methodology?
Yes, from the first meeting to the finished report. Methodology support, question design, setup, ongoing follow-up and on-site presence at workshops when needed.
What does Aula cost?
We offer both annual licences and project-based pricing. Price varies with scope, number of participants and degree of customisation. Get in touch and we'll set up a meeting.
